The Inspiration Brand

When it comes to business, branding and location are everything. The name signals what stakeholders can expect while the physical position allows the organization to serve the community. Our name reflects our core commitment to facilitating opportunities, giving students (and their families) the chance to navigate barriers and get a chance to secure admission to the best private schools and universities available. However, that is just the terminal goal, saying nothing about how we enable such dreams to materialize. Inspiration is not just about the services that we offer but how we, as a franchise system, have evolved in our market standing and how we make our partners dreams possible.

As parents, we dream of our own children outperforming us, getting into better schools and rising to the top of any system that they find themselves passionate about. This is not easy, requiring years of preparation, hard work and acumen. While hard work is critical, it is not sufficient as making the wrong choices that deviate effort and take students away from the most direct trajectory. To navigate through this labyrinth, one needs experience and expertise, both practical and theoretical. As such, newcomers–and others–are left second guessing, hoping that their intentions and investment pay off in the long run. Rather than leaving things to chance, our team has the skills needed to raise student grades, improve communication, organize extra curricular programs and sharpen character and self esteem.

This all sounds great in theory, but it can seem overwhelming to prospective franchisees, who may lack the education and experience needed to deliver. In fact, franchisees are not one ones delivering them, instead sourcing professionals and connecting them to the students who need them most. In other words, while being a certified teacher is not required, having strong interpersonal skills is. Consider the role of human resources (HR), who constitute a fundamental department in every large organization. They are not trained in the services that their company offers, whether education, health or other, but understand the personality and skills needed to satisfy their clients needs.

This is where the Inspiration training program kicks into gear. After joining our award-winning network, you (and a partner) master our east-meets-west teaching ideology, how to identify qualified tutors, how to navigate the provincial standards, community outreach and more. While you may not be a teacher at the start of training, you will develop the knowledge needed to deliver the services needed to increase your market presence and personal income. Every opportunity is a chance for a “win-win” situation, allowing us to help franchisees build themselves while building the community. Post-training, you will have access to some of the best support around, being cushioned by a team of certified teachers, consultants and those who have decades of proven success.

Our brand has been handsomely awarded, by both government and industry recognition. We are leaders in the supplemental education segment, winning the “grand” and “gold” prize by the esteemed Canadian Franchise Association. In addition to granting up the right to offer accredited high school credits and full OSSD diplomas, the government of Ontario has given us the Diversity and Inclusion award. That means that we offer a pathway to economic success, without any of the traditional barriers that have been illegitimately placed by gatekeepers and other less progressive systems. Regardless of your gender, ethnic background, first language or other external traits, we welcome all entrepreneurs a chance to realize the Canadian dream.

Our brand is a reflection of our social fabric, giving people a chance to realize their dreams and make their mark. We are a family-focused system and we see each other as more than peers and colleagues. Going into our 24th year, we welcome you to visit our Markham HQ to see what we are about and how Inspiration is the right place for you and your loved ones.
